Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to meet specifications.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for different production runs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read blueprints, work orders and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Accurately complete production logs and QC documentation.
