Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain gravure or multi-color presses printing single- to multi-color work.
• Review job specifications to determine press setup according to run imposition.
• Perform make-ready tasks and inspect plates/cylinders for defects and proper positioning.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; perform minor repairs and replacements as needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
