Job summary

Alianza is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for Gastonia, NC. You will set up and operate Amada, Mitsubishi, Cincinnati and similar press brakes to bend metal parts according to blueprints and work orders.

The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and loading programs on CNC controls to ensure accurate, quality parts. Candidates should have at least 1 year in metal fabrication and be safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Comfortable using a computer or CNC control panel to load programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend, form, and fabricate metal components per work orders and blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and technical drawings.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and dies per production requirements.
• Load and adjust production programs on CNC controls or machine panels.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain quality by inspecting finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Document production and quality data accurately.
