Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator I to join a growing metal fabrication team. You will operate a 5-axis CNC press brake, read blueprints, set up tooling, and ensure parts meet quality specs on first articles.

Shifts include 1st (Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30) and 2nd (Mon-Fri 3:00-11:30). Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of press brake experience, familiarity with CNC software, and strong attention to detail. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of CNC Press Brake experience.
• Familiarity with CNC software and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake per established procedures.
• Read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Select dies/tooling, load material, and program machine.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
