Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills, including measurements and angle calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake machines to bend and form metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type and thickness.
• Verify part dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
