• Team player with good communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, cutting, deboning, trimming, and packaging chicken products.
• Following safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
• Keeping work area clean, sanitized, and safe.
• Operating equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Inspecting products for quality and removing items that don’t meet standards.
• Monitoring machinery and reporting any issues.
• Labeling and packaging products according to company specifications.
• Working with USDA and HACCP guidelines to ensure compliance with poultry regulations.
• Participating in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
• Supporting the team to meet daily production goals.
