Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package and inspect poultry to meet strict safety and quality standards, operating equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This position emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and a willingness to learn and grow with a company committed to excellence. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with some weekend work, and benefits begin after a short period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask, communicate well, understand simple instructions, and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge to maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas.
