Job summary

Pilgrim's is hiring for a production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain a clean area while following safety and biosecurity guidelines.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork and attention to detail to meet quality standards. Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekend work; Base pay is $15.35/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and attendance incentives of up to $3–4 extra per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
