Job summary
Intero Integrity Services seeks a Manufacturing Polyurethane Technician in Houston to join the production team. You will operate mixing machinery, pour heated material into molds, and produce precision parts for R&D, sales, and projects with strict quality and scheduling requirements.
The role requires reading process specs, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining high safety standards while working around heated equipment and tooling. Independent work and teamwork are essential to success.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong aptitude operating production or mixing machinery.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and process instructions.
- Comfort around heated equipment and molds.
- Strong English communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate the mixing machine to blend components according to set ratios.
- Perform open pouring of heated material into heated molds.
- Monitor machine settings and mold temperatures; adjust as needed.
- Demold and finish parts; trim and label after cure.
- Perform quality checks against specifications.
- Maintain clean, safe production workspace.
- Track output, cycle time, and defect rates.
- Support process improvements and documentation updates.
- Follow Health & Safety protocols.
