Job summary

Aster Brands is seeking a Production Technician for polyurethane molding and fabrication in Harbor Springs, MI. You will hand pour and machine-dispense two-part polyurethane into mold cavities, and perform light metal fabrication and woodworking as part of a detailed, safe production process.

This role requires following established procedures, paying close attention to quality, and collaborating with a team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided for polyurethane molding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and follow established processes and specs.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Hand pouring and machine dispensing two-part polyurethane into mold cavities.
• Performing light-duty metal fabrication and basic woodworking.
• Using hand and power tools for fabrication and assembly.
• Operating an overhead crane.
• Following established manufacturing processes and specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Moving between production tasks as priorities change.
• Working with teammates to meet deadlines.
