As a Manufacturing Technician, you will join the production team operating mixing machinery and performing open-pour casting into heated molds to produce precision parts used in R&D testing, customer sales, and commercial projects. These parts must be completed with high precision, zero-to-low failure rates, and within scheduling requirements. Comfort operating production machinery, working around heated equipment, and following exact process parameters are key to this role.
The successful candidate can work independently, follow standard operating procedures precisely, and enjoy mastering repeatable, hands-on machine-operated production work.
