Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Attention to detail and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials to ensure quality and correct quantities per order.
• Inspect aluminum shafts and evaluate condition.
• Remove dents, grind and router as needed.
• Prepare finished shafts for shipment per work instructions.
• Stand for extended periods and wear PPE as required.
