PennEngineering is seeking a motivated Plating Operator to join the Plating Team in Danboro, PA. You will operate a multi-tank computerized plating system, follow engineering specifications, and ensure safe handling of chemicals and waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and basic math.
• At least 1 year of plating experience, preferably with zinc plating.

Responsibilities

• Run plating process efficiently per specifications using procedures or instructions.
• Operate multi-tank computerized plating machine.
• Wear PPE and perform tank maintenance and chemical handling tasks.
• Safely manage hazardous waste and spill response.
• Load/unload product, inspect finished goods per control plan, and label chemicals and products.
