Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with preparation, packaging, dispensing, and distribution of medications. Under direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, you will help manage medication inventories, prepare IV meds, and ensure accurate delivery while following safety standards.

The role requires an active state Pharmacy Technician license, with a preference for PTCB certification, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Active State Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Pharmacy Technician Board Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and distribute medications under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
• Fill and deliver unit dose medication cassettes accurately according to patient medication profiles.
• Pull medications from inventory and match them with pharmacist-generated medication labels.
• Maintain nursing unit floor stock by restocking medications, rotating inventory, and removing expired medications.
• Receive, price, stock, and organize incoming pharmaceutical deliveries.
• Prepare IV medication products in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies.
• Process wholesaler orders, returns, and back orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and pharmacy documentation.
• Support daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
