Job summary

Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District is seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to fill and deliver medication orders, including IV admixtures, and to assist with inventory control and patient charging. Qualifications

• Pharmacy tech experience preferred.
• California Pharmacy Technician License required.
• CPR certification required.
• CPhT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and deliver medication orders including IV admixtures.
• Replenish floor stock and assist inventory control; prepare patient charges.
• Label and reconcile patient cassettes and Pyxis stock.
• Perform daily audits of medication storage areas and ensure temperature controls.
• Prepare IV and CHEMO admixtures, prioritize STAT orders; maintain related logs.
• Communicate with pharmacy and hospital staff; participate in meetings as required.
