Qualifications

• Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Turn on all componentry, ensuring temperatures are within guidelines and make adjustments as needed.
• Use syringe to fill components with methanol while staying within the pre-determined parameters.
• Fill components with PCM fill, ensuring that correct amount is added.
• Follow steps of the assembly process, ensuring units are properly plugged and complete testing on them.
• Track temperature and gauge to ensure meeting pre-determined requirements.
• Safely handle parts to make sure to avoid scratches, dents, or damage.
• Complete data tracking sheets for each part that is completed.
• Label and file the documentation.
• Manage and oversee data tracking software during part testing.
• Adhere to all safety policies and ensuring proper eye and hearing protection is used.
• Perform all functions of the job while adhering to established quality policies and procedures.
• Uphold the company core values.
