Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and/or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Familiarity with Excel and data tracking software preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Turn on all componentry, ensuring temperatures are within guidelines and make adjustments as needed
• Use syringe to fill components with methanol while staying within the pre-determined parameters
• Fill components with PCM fill, ensuring that correct amount is added.
• Follow steps of the assembly process, ensuring units are properly plugged and complete testing on them.
• Track temperature and gauge to ensure meeting pre-determined requirements
• Safely handle parts to avoid scratches, dents, or damage.
• Complete data tracking sheets for each part that is completed
• Label and file the documentation
• Manage and oversee data tracking software during part testing
• Adhere to all safety policies and ensuring proper eye and hearing protection is used.
• Perform all functions of the job while adhering to established quality policies and procedures.
• Uphold the company core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
