Job summary

College Park Industries is seeking an Electronics Assembler to power up and build prosthetics components in our Warren, MI shop. You will hand-place parts, solder SMD and through-hole joints, route wires, and perform in-process inspections to ensure build quality.

Shifts start early, with typical hours 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronic assembly experience is required.
• Knowledge of soldering practices (SMD/TH) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision are essential.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset are important.

Responsibilities

• Solder components to PCBs (SMD and through-hole).
• Inspect and verify quality of assemblies.
• Operate soldering tools safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with the assembly team to maintain flow and meet goals.
• Support adjacent electro-mechanical tasks as needed.
