Job summary

Cascade Systems Technology, LLC is seeking a Touch-Up / Rework Technician to ensure quality of PCBs and assemblies. You will inspect, repair, and rework components to meet IPC and customer requirements, using microscopes and precision tools.

The role involves soldering, documentation, and adherence to lean processes. Candidates should have at least two years in electronics manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in electronics manufacturing or related environment preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and QA documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs and assemblies for workmanship and solder quality.
• Perform touch-up and rework of SMT and through-hole components.
• Remove and replace electronic components including ICs, resistors, and capacitors.
• Perform hand soldering, de-soldering, and circuit board repair as required.
• Use microscopes and inspection tools to verify repairs and identify defects.
• Document rework and repair activities with logs and records.
