Job summary

Circuit Check Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a PCB/A Soldering Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will perform manual and automated soldering on complex PCBs, ensuring joints meet tight standards and process instructions are followed precisely.

You will inspect solder joints with magnification tools, troubleshoot defects with engineering, and maintain soldering equipment. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and familiarity with SMT and through-hole soldering are

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
PCB soldering experience including through-hole and SMT.
Familiarity with soldering tools such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and microscopes.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated soldering of electronic components on PCBs following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
Inspect solder joints for quality and compliance using visual inspection and magnification tools.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot soldering issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Document all soldering activities, including process parameters and quality checks, to support traceability and continuous improvement.
