Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking 3 experienced Electromechanical PCB Solder Operators to join our Fort Collins, CO team. This full-time, 2nd shift role involves hand soldering components onto PCBs and assembling electromechanical units with strict quality standards.

Candidates should have PCB soldering experience, be able to read work instructions and drawings, and maintain meticulous production records. IPC certification is a plus and health benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of components onto PCBs and assemblies.
• Assemble and solder electromechanical components per instructions.
• Inspect solder joints and finished assemblies for quality.
• Identify and fix soldering defects and assembly issues.
• Use microscopes and production tools as required.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Complete production documentation and records.
