Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Fort Collins, CO, is hiring 3 Electromechanical PCB Solder Operators for a full-time, 2nd shift (3:15 PM - 11:45 PM) in a local electronics manufacturing environment.

You will hand-solder components onto PCBs, assemble electromechanical assemblies, inspect solder joints, correct defects, and maintain production records while following drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly experience required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• IPC certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
• Assemble and solder electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Identify and correct soldering defects and assembly issues.
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, microscopes, and other production equipment as required.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate quality or production concerns with supervisors and quality personnel.

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
