Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience is helpful.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally handle up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
• Load, position, and remove circuit board panels.
• Set up machines and prepare materials for production.
• Inspect finished or processed parts for quality.
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Use hand tools and production-related equipment.
• Prepare materials for multilayer circuit board production and lamination.
• Assist with plating, screening, drilling, pressing, or other PCB processes.
• Follow established production procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Communicate equipment or production issues to your supervisor.
