Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in soldering preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hand soldering experience in manufacturing/electronics environment.
• Proficient in IPC-A-610 soldering standards; IPC J-STD-001 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole and SMT hand soldering on PCBs using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints for conformance to IPC-A-610 and company standards.
• Rework and repair defective solder joints and components as needed.
• Operate under magnification for detailed soldering tasks.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper documentation.
