Job summary

DITEK SURGE PROTECTION seeks an experienced Manufacturing Assembler Level I to join our Largo, FL team. You will perform precision assembly, soldering, and testing of printed circuit products per approved processes, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires effective communication with adjacent workstations and adherence to production schedules. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in PCA manufacturing; a Florida driver’s license is

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1+ year experience in manufacturing of PCAs preferred.
Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
Ability to understand and follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing & Quality Control by assembling, soldering, and testing products per approved processes.
Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
Communicate effectively with other work stations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assemble and solder thru-hole devices.
Set up and perform assembly and test per production schedule.
Build products as required.
Rotate through multiple stations for efficiency.
Be trained on ESD practices and IPC standards.
