Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Min 1 year assembly experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boards by studying work instructions, procedures, drawings, and gathering parts.
• Assemble and inspect assemblies under magnification according to processes.
• Perform adjustments or replacements of component parts.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, or written instructions.
• Identify defective parts or abnormal conditions.
• Learn and perform new assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Soldering skills preferred; lead trimming may be required.
