G-III Apparel Group in Manhattan is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join the Finance, Payroll team. You will support weekly and biweekly payroll processing, timekeeping, and payroll record maintenance, while handling confidential employee information with discretion.

The role requires accuracy, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and experience with ADP Lyric or similar systems. You will review timecards, respond to routine inquiries, and help organize payroll documentation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1+ years of payroll, timekeeping, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Lyric or another payroll/time and attendance system.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls using ADP Lyric.
• Review timecards for exceptions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Process time-off requests accurately and per policy.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and escalate when needed.
• Perform payroll data entry and maintain employee records.
• Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize payroll documentation and filing systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
• Provide general administrative support to the Payroll team.
