Job summary

Two years of related experience and a high school diploma are required, with opportunities to contribute to annual payroll budgeting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to obtain the NY Lottery license.
• Two years of related payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing payroll and time-reporting procedures.
• Monitors and audits payroll data input and payroll runs.
• Reviews all requests for disbursement for proper authenticity and documentation.
• Designs payroll forms.
• Participates in annual payroll budgeting.
• Ensures timely payment of employees and taxes.
• Ensures compliance with department and company policies and government regulations.
