Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in the United States to support the accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all payroll and benefits processes. You will work with employees, managers, Finance, Accounting, the People Team, and external providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain records.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, HR or related field.
• Minimum of five years' payroll processing and benefits administration experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll (TX, UT, NJ, CO, WA, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, COBRA, and leaves.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for all hourly and salaried employees while adhering to policies and tax regulations.
• Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain 401(k) and benefits records and enrollment.
• Provide backup support for open enrollment and audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and People Team to reconcile payroll and benefits data.
