LAB Medical Manufacturing, Inc is seeking a reliable Passivation Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role performs passivation and related cleaning processes on precision-machined components in accordance with procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will follow work instructions, monitor tanks and chemicals, maintain accurate records, and ensure traceability throughout the process.

Competenze

• High attention to detail and accurate documentation is required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills for quality checks.

Mansioni

• Perform passivation, cleaning, rinsing, and finishing on stainless steel components.
• Follow work instructions and customer requirements and approved procedures.
• Prepare and monitor passivation tanks and chemical solutions.
• Load/unload parts while avoiding damage or contamination.
• Verify parts, travelers, and processing requirements before starting work.
• Monitor solution concentration, temperature, and processing times.
• Document results and maintain production records accurately.
• Maintain material traceability throughout the process.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before/after processing.
• Report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly.
• Practice safe chemical handling and PPE procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area and assist with maintenance.
• Support quality, engineering, and production teams to meet schedules.
