Bio-Techne is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate to support capillary coating and cartridge fabrication in an ISO 13485 environment. The role involves operating semi-automated equipment, performing QC inspection, and assisting engineers to implement improvements.

Strong attention to detail, quick learning, and clear communication are essential as you follow SOPs, complete documentation, and ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, medical device manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience working with a microscope daily is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automated equipment and software.
• Perform entry-level manufacturing tasks.
• Conduct in-process QC inspection and documentation.
• Support process engineers and multidisciplinary teams in improvements and troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs, WIs, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain ISO 13485 quality compliance.
