Job summary

Kelso Industries in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Industrial Technician - Passivation to support High Purity and Passivation projects. You will assist with equipment setup, chemical handling, flushing operations, and jobsite maintenance, traveling to various project locations as required.

Candidates should be safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to travel, with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to travel for project assignments, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of High Purity and Passivation.
Handle hoses, pumps, filtration systems, tanks, piping and related equipment safely.
Assist in mixing, transferring, and handling approved chemicals following safety procedures.
Support flushing, passivation, preservation, and cleaning activities under leadership.
Monitor equipment performance and communicate concerns to supervisors.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment.
Travel to customer sites as required, including extended trips.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism daily.
