Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, the parent of NAPA Auto Parts, seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join its growing team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading while solving problems and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Candidates should be able to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners, and work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend duties. Safety and quality are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads with aids.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences and operate RF scanning equipment.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanning proficiency preferred.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload inbound shipments and store safely; verify against manifest.
• Order picking: ensure correct items and quantities; move orders to shipping.
• Quality: check shipments for damage and report variances.
• Inventory: maintain accurate stock records and rotation.
• Safety/housekeeping: keep area clean and follow safety policies.
• Performance: meet KPI targets during shifts.
• Decision making: solve daily warehouse issues as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
