Job summary

Clayton Controls is seeking a skilled Panel Builder to assemble and wire Industrial Control Panels and sub-assemblies in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and schematics to deliver high-quality panels on customer specifications.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least two years in panel-building, with the ability to read schematics, use precision tools, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of panel-building industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review materials against BOM, drawings, and schematics for completeness.
• Layout, drill, and tap panels per assembly drawings.
• Install hardware per drawings and route wiring per schematics.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and test panels with DMM.
• Troubleshoot basic pneumatic and electrical circuits.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with SOPs.
