Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical fundamentals, including voltage, amperage, and resistance.
• Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Construct and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies by interpreting detailed engineering schematics and blueprints.
• Mount devices and components onto back panels with precision to ensure optimal layout and functionality.
• Execute precise wiring tasks, including cutting, stripping, and routing, to create clean and secure electrical terminations.
• Perform comprehensive functional and continuity testing using multimeters to verify circuit integrity and component performance.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, alignment, and adherence to design specifications, correcting any discrepancies during the build process.
• Maintain high productivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S workplace organization.
• Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge and support the training of new personnel.
