Forms+Surfaces is seeking a Painter to join its Pittsburgh-area manufacturing team. You will work on painting surfaces, applying anti-rust coatings and wet paint, while maximizing booth space for efficiency and maintaining equipment per SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail with good dexterity and communication. Full-time position with safety and quality standards at the forefront.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean surfaces prior to applying paint.
• Apply anti-rust coatings and wet paint.
• Maximize space in the paint booth to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain equipment by following established maintenance SOPs.
• Request wear items and consumables as needed.
• Mix paint formulas and perform color matching (a plus).
• Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
