Forms+Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Painter to join the Pittsburgh manufacturing team. The role involves prepping surfaces, applying rust-resistant coatings, and maintaining paint booth efficiency. The position is full-time with a Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shift (3pm–1:30am).

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strength to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail. Strong hand-eye coordination and verbal communication are important for success.

• Ability to mix paint formulas and color matching is a plus.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning surfaces prior to applying paint.
• Able to coat using anti-rust coatings and wet paint.
• Maximizes space in the paint booth to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Able to maintain equipment by following established maintenance SOP’s
• Requests wear items and consumables as needed.
• Ability to mix paint formulas and color matching is a plus.
• Ensures that high safety and quality standards are met.
