• Mix paints, coatings, and solutions to spec
• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Rack/un-rack parts and monitor drying for consistent, top-tier results
• Inspect finished products against quality standards (ISO9001/AS9100)
• Track production counts, log data, and route parts to the next department
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safety-first

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior spray painting experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of paints, solvents, and their applications
• Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards

What It Takes Physically

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to work around noise, dust, chemical vapors, and temperature changes
• This is a designated safety-sensitive position
