Foam Fabricators Inc. is seeking an Inspector Packer to support the production team by inspecting, packing, and preparing foam products for shipment.

The role requires careful handling and adherence to quality standards, with attention to documentation in ERP systems. The position involves a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining high accuracy in packing and quality checks.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Removes product from conveyor belt and places product into drying racks, boxes, or bags.
• Packs product into drying racks, boxes, or bags.
• Uses heavy-duty tape machines to cut tape and wrap product for storage delivery.
• Lifts and moves completed boxes or bags to pallets or designated area.
• Receives and follows production/packing instructions and data sheets.
• Completes operator production/quality reports and packing worksheets as required.
• Performs visual inspections and uses scales, calipers, and rulers to ensure product quality; reports discrepancies.
• Maintains inventory of tape, labeling, bags, and other packing supplies and notifies materials as needed.
