Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Packer for our Ohio facility. You will ensure finished goods are accurately packed, inspected, palletized, and prepared for shipment, while upholding quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: 3rd Shift; Pay: $17.65/hour. You will collaborate with machine operators, group leaders, and sanitation teams to maintain efficient production and support product changeovers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for packaging by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and assembling packaging materials.
• Verify packaging materials are available for production.
• Pack products into cartons, trays, and displays per product specifications.
• Ensure correct cases and labeling; seal cartons when required.
• Support sanitation and 5S standards during packaging.
• Operate tray-making equipment if trained.
