Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a packaging line operator in Sparta, Tennessee, to assemble, label, seal, and stack boxes for shipment. The role requires proper use of PPE and safe operation of packing equipment on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibility includes inspecting products for defects, ensuring correct box sizing, and maintaining orderly staging and conveyor flow. Training provided; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and use measuring tools.
• Skill in operating packaging/labeling machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and seal boxes for packing on a conveyor line.
• Label finished boxes accurately using label printer.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects and report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and use PPE.
