Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sparta, Tennessee is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator, RHSB to run and support Reheat Stretch Blow machines. You will pack, inspect, label, and prepare bottles for shipment while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic computer and scanning skills, a High School Diploma or GED, and a willingness to rotate tasks. Overtime may be required to support production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 6 months of packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Basic computer and scanning skills are expected.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and work around production equipment.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed.
• Select the correct box size for each product run.
• Assemble boxes using a tape gun.
• Apply labels correctly to completed boxes.
• Inspect product samples for defects and report them.
• Keep workstation clean and restock supplies.
• Work overtime when needed to support production.
