Bergen Cable Technology, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to prepare finished products for shipment at our Fairfield, NJ site. You will package Safety Cable Kits and Cable Assemblies, labeling and boxing per work instructions and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read and follow instructions, and safe operation of packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment. On-site, first shift with benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Package Safety Cable Kits and Cable Assemblies according to work orders.
• Operate scales, heat sealers, etching equipment, and banders.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and packaging requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Perform in-process inspections and follow quality standards.
