Bergen Cable Technology, LLC is seeking a dedicated Safety Cable Assembler to contribute to the production of safety cable products on the second shift in Fairfield, NJ. You will operate automated and manual equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet dimensional and safety requirements.

• Operate automated equipment used in the Safety Cable assembly process, including ferrule loading systems and cable processing equipment.
• Load ferrule magazines to required quantities and verify proper orientation and machine operation throughout the production run.
• Grind Safety Cable ends to required specifications using manual-guided grinding equipment while monitoring product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Set up and adjust crimping equipment based on part numbers, tooling requirements, and product specifications.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.

What Value This Role Will Bring

As a Safety Cable Assembler, you will support the production of Safety Cable products through a variety of manufacturing processes, including ferrule loading, cable grinding, and crimping operations. You'll be responsible for operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet dimensional, visual, and safety requirements. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.00

Shift Differential - $3.00 per hour
