The ideal candidate has experience with orbital welding systems, reads technical drawings, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with orbital welding preferred.
• Knowledge of stainless steel tubing preparation, fit-up and contamination prevention.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and welding procedures.
• Familiarity with purge gas systems and weld documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment and tooling.
• Perform precision orbital welds on stainless steel tubing and piping.
• Prepare, clean, fit, and inspect components prior to welding.
• Follow welding procedures, work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Verify weld quality through visual inspection and required inspection methods.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and weld parameters.
