The position involves applying welding principles in stainless steel environments, attention to detail, and using inspection tools to verify dimensions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures.
• Knowledge of stainless-steel tubing/piping and basic welding principles.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic inspection tools.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers and ability to read a tape measure.
• Preferred: Welding certifications or experience in high purity/regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment to produce welds on tubing, piping, and related components.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
