• Proficiently program orbital welding machines per project specs.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated orbital weld systems.
• Read isometric drawings, P&IDs, and welding procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness to prevent contamination of high-purity piping.
• Complete weld logs and traceability documentation.

Responsibilities

• Program the orbital welding machine for pipe/tube specs, set parameters and perform weld execution.
• Prepare material, purge setup, and verify shielding gas conditions during welding.
• Inspect welds for alignment, penetration, cleanliness, and conformance to procedures.
• Document weld logs, machine records, and quality-control data for traceability.
