Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in orbital welding and precision fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision orbital welding of stainless steel, Hastelloy, tubing, valves, fittings, manifolds, and UHP gas components.
• Manufacture UHP gas line assemblies in Class 100 cleanroom environments.
• Set up, calibrate, program, and operate orbital welding equipment with approved weld schedules.
• Configure purge systems and gas management to ensure high-purity welds.
• Tube cutting, fit-up, alignment, and assembly with tight tolerances.
• Read blueprints and weld procedures to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect welds for quality and document results; maintain logs.
• Maintain welding equipment and cleanroom tooling; assist in maintenance.
