Job summary

Insight FS in Wisconsin seeks a nutrient management and precision farming specialist to develop plans and coordinate soil testing programs. You will use computer maps to tailor agri-business solutions and serve as a hub between precision farming technology and staff.

Major duties include assisting sales with meetings, ensuring adherence to credit policies, and delivering training sessions. Driving and fieldwork may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Agriculture, Agronomy, GIS/GPS, or marketing related field.
• Experience or internships in precision farming or crop production management recommended.
• Willingness to obtain CCA and CNMP status.

Responsibilities

• Develop nutrient management plans and precision farming products.
• Organize precision Ag soil testing programs and procedures.
• Uses computer maps to gather soil, crops, pests, and weather data for client needs.
• Acts as liaison between precision farming tech and company personnel.
• Support crop sales with precision farming meetings and proposals.
