Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Shreveport, LA is seeking a full-time welder/fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will review blueprints, cut, drill, fit parts, and MIG/TIG/Stick weld to exact specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

The role requires reading fabrication drawings, measuring with calipers and micrometers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule with physical outdoor/indoor work and safety PPE adherence.

Qualifications

• Experienced welder capable of reading blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding and safe tool operation.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld metal components per blueprints and work orders.
• Select and perform the proper welding process for each assignment.
• Prepare materials including measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting.
